Maanshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation's Three Railway Corporation’s 200,000-ton/year zinc-containing dust-removing hearth furnace dezincification project has successfully implemented an ignition oven. This is an energy-saving and emission-reducing, green environmental protection project. The development prospect is very broad. It is the first time for Masteel. After the project has reached normal production capacity, the metallized pellets will reach an annual output of 133,400 tons, and zinc recovery will be 0.3488 million tons. This will be a good start for Masteel to achieve a combination of circular economy and green environmental protection economy.
