According to regulations, live birds reception should be at the wind down area of the processing plant. Including parking area, slaughtering-waiting area, unloading ,live birds hanging, stunning and bleeding area, crates cleaning, crate pelleting,vehicle disinfection area,waste store ,reception and urgent killing area and so on. The slaughterhouse is appropriate to single layer, net height is not less than 4.2 meter, the polar space not less than 6 meter, hanging area is the main workshop bleeding room design to be darkroom which separate with our working area.Close to one side to receiving area is to be working area, including clearing room, official quarantine room, if have halal products, should with one rest room for Iman.
1.Live poultry vehicles should have special road. There is a disinfection pool which same wide as door at the entrance for live poultry enter..The pool size is about 3 meters long and 100 to 150mm deep.
3. Live birding hangingThere should be a darkroom after birds hanging and stunning, the orbit of overhead conveyor line should be kept level,straight ,try to reduce the turns and movements; The overhead conveyor line with synchronous control system and emergency stop system to ensure the reliable running of the processing line. On the afternoon of May 24th, Director of the Taizhou City Economic and Information Committee, Mr. Zhu Yakun hosted the Taizhou Zhonghang Fine Shipbuilding Renovation Project and the completion and acceptance work of the Weiye Shipbreaking Green Ship Recycling and Comprehensive Utilization Technical Reform Project. Relevant experts from the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, the Municipal Fire Brigade, the District Economic and Trade Commission, and the general manager of the company, Chen Jianguo, general manager consultant Xue Kaimin, and Weiye Shipbreaking General Manager Xiao Hanjiang, and other relevant department heads attended the meeting. The acceptance work is carried out in three phases.
At the first stage of the report meeting, the expert group heard the report on the project construction made by Chen Jianguo, general manager of the company, and Xiao Hanjiang, general manager of Weiye Ship Recycling, and reviewed the information on project reconstruction. Mr. Chen said that the company adheres to the modern shipbuilding model, high starting point and high standards, strengthens fine management, achieves lean production, and creates a new situation of sustained and steady development. The acceptance is a comprehensive review of the company's refined shipbuilding renewal project. We will use this as a new starting point, vigorously develop the circular economy, do a good job in the transformation project, and make new contributions to the city's economic development.
Xue Kaimin, general manager consultant, believes that the renovation and transformation project has adopted advanced technology and equipment at home and abroad with high degree of automation, basically meeting the design requirements for energy conservation and consumption reduction, meeting relevant national standards and industry standards, and having completion acceptance conditions.
The second stage is on-site inspection. The experts focused on the second phase of the painting room, air compressor room, power distribution room and Weiye shipbreaking demolition header, and carefully checked the assembly and operation of the technical transformation equipment.
The third phase is group discussion and summary. The experts separately discussed and summarized the on-site inspections, fully affirmed the efforts made by the two companies in the construction of technological transformation projects, and was a concrete result of practicing the scientific development concept, in line with the national low-carbon economy, energy conservation and emission reduction policies. It is also recommended to improve the relevant procedures as soon as possible.
The expert group unanimously held that the Taizhou Zhonghang Fine Shipbuilding Renovation Project and the Weiye Ship Recycling Green Ship Recycling and Comprehensive Utilization Technical Transformation Project all organized the design and construction according to the “three simultaneous†principle, and the environmental protection, fire protection and safety indicators met the requirements. In the implementation process of the two companies, the scale of investment and the implementation of the project contents were good, and the transformation contents approved by the project were completed. After the project was completed and put into production, it was tested and produced to achieve the expected production program and economic benefit level. It agreed to the Taizhou Zhonghang Fine Shipbuilding Renovation Project and the Weiye Shipbreaking Green Ship Recycling and Comprehensive Utilization Technical Reform Project.
2. UnloadingThe platform built which height is same as vehicles which save much labor. Two workers unloading crates from vehicle,each time unload 8 to 9 layer of crate, each hour unloading 12000birds. Normally unloading platform should be keep some crates. According to WSPA regulations, when live birds reach slaughterhouse should be killed within 1hour,max. Not more than 2 hours, for one slaughterhouse which to slaughter 12000birds/H, the parking place should be suitable for 5 trucks, unloading area is suitable for 2 trucks, crates pelleting area is suitable for 3 trucks, and with spare crates storage room to keep spare crates.
