The research team of Shanghai Nanotechnology and Industrial Development Promotion Center obtained Ni-P-PTFE, Ni-P/Al2O3, Ni-P/SiC, Ni-P/PTFE-SiC and Ni-P/Gr through research on the sub-project. - Composite coating such as SiC. The results show that the hardness and wear resistance are significantly improved compared with Ni-P coatings. In addition, the introduction of nanoparticles such as Al2O3 causes the crystallization temperature of the Ni-P/Al2O3 composite coating to decrease significantly. Using the chemical composite plating technology, Ni-P/PTFE composite coating with high particle content was researched and developed by the influence of process parameters such as surfactant, stirring, temperature and pH on the composite plating and the optimization of the formulation. The coating is grinded against GCr15 and has a coefficient of friction as low as 0.1. The friction and wear properties of the composite coating of two-phase particles show that the dual-phase composite coating has good friction-reducing effect under the synergistic effect of different functional particles, and its wear resistance is obvious compared with Ni-P/PTFE. Improvement, on this basis, studied the friction and wear mechanism of each coating, determined the appropriate plating process for the friction and wear characteristics of industrial sewing machine parts, and carried out experiments on the prototype rig, which proved that the composite coating prepared by the above method is indeed The wear-resisting anti-friction performance and service life of the components are improved, and the characteristics of low noise and low energy consumption are obtained. Some of the research results have been applied to the GC9000 series of Shanggong Group and the KD1388 series high-speed oil-free lubrication sewing machine of Shanghai Golden Pig Sewing Equipment Co., Ltd. After testing by the user unit, the performance of the self-lubricating coating material has reached the requirements of similar foreign products.

This project adopts the synergistic composite technology of self-lubricating particles and ceramic particles to maximize the wear-resisting and anti-friction performance of mechanical parts. Compared with traditional physical metallurgy methods, this technology has low preparation temperature and nanoparticles. The plating solution is easy to disperse, and the required equipment is simple, the operation is simple, and the production cost is greatly reduced. The implementation and commissioning of this project can solve the friction and wear problems of key parts of sewing machine equipment, especially the development of oil-free lubrication sewing machine equipment, providing key oil-free lubrication technology, realizing the technological leap of domestic sewing machine equipment, and improving The overall technical level of sewing machine equipment in China has enhanced the ability of export competition. In addition, the promotion and application of this technology is expected to be applied in other industries such as machinery, aerospace, and mold.
