A Department of ore treated gold plant gold-bearing quartz vein type iron ore, metallic minerals are mainly pyrite, pyrrhotite, sphalerite, galena, yellow copper ore, magnetite, gold and silver Natural gold. Gangue minerals are quartz, plagioclase and sericite, dolomite, hornblende, and kaolin. Natural gold is distributed in the form of round, long and irregular particles in pyrite, chalcopyrite and quartz. Was coarse-grained disseminated sulfide, gold sulfide close symbiosis, is easy to dressing stone. The plant has used the process shown in Figure 1 (currently, the process has been changed due to changes in ore grade and copper content). See Tables 1 and 2 for technical conditions and indicators.
The ore contains gold in the range of 6~10g/t and contains 0.1% copper. After the flotation of the ore, the gold-containing copper-sulfur mixed concentrate is obtained, which contains 66g/t of gold, 0.3% of copper, and 93.5% of the flotation recovery of gold. The mixed concentrate is separated and floated by regrind, slurry and dosing. About 50% of the gold is enriched in the copper concentrate and sent to the smelter for recovery of the gold. The remaining gold remains in the tailings of copper-sulfur separation flotation, which contains more than 40% sulfur and 25-30 g/t of gold. This part of gold is further extracted by cyanidation.
The process has two characteristics: (1) strengthen the rough selection operation and reduce the number of cycles of iron sulfide in the selection. The coarse selection of the first two flotation tanks produces concentrate, while the coarse selection II concentrate uses two flotation tanks for one selection, which is beneficial to increase the recovery rate of gold; (2) the large amount of lime is generally 5~ 10kg / t, mainly used to separate flotation inhibition pyrite. Sometimes the amount of lime is increased in order to obtain a stable flotation foam in the flotation operation, especially in the roughing tank, which is favorable for the normal operation of the flotation process.
