2017 Jiangsu Province Flow Measurement Technology Specification Promotion and Technology Exchange Conference Held

[China Instrument Network Instrumentation Conference] Recently, the Jiangsu Province Flowmeter Professional Technical Committee held the Jiangsu Province Flowmeter Technical Specification Publicizing and Technical Exchange Conference in Yangzhou. Ma Yuming, chairman of the Provincial Flow Metering Professional Technical Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhao Wei, secretary general of the Provincial Flow Measurement Professional Technical Committee, presided over the meeting. More than 50 people from provincial technical institutions and related companies attended the meeting.

The main drafters of the national metrological technical specifications invited at the meeting made detailed explanations for the participants. Mr. Duan Huiming of China Institute of Metrology and Mr. Zhao Jianliang, Director of Zhejiang Institute of Metrology, respectively explained the newly promulgated JJG1132-2017 "Verification of Thermal Gas Mass Flowmeter Verification Rules" and JJG1113-2015 "Verification of Water Meter Verification Devices" and The latest type evaluation program for cold water meters explains in detail the key points and hot issues of the new and old regulations. Provincial Bureau of Metrology, Wang Ke Chief Engineer, Pan Le Director, and Dr. Yu Jun Lun were responsible for the drafting of the JJF1591-2016 "Coriolis mass flow meter type evaluation program", JJF1590-2016 "differential pressure flow meter type. The Outline of the Evaluation and JJF1591-2016 "Fluid Flowmeter Type Evaluation Outline" were specifically introduced, focusing on the background, process and principles of the introduction of the new specification.

At the meeting, participants also exchanged ideas on issues that occurred during their daily work.

Through this promotion and exchange, participants expressed that they have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the procedural regulations, improved their practical work capacity, and laid the foundation for the smooth implementation of the new regulations. The provincial flow metering professional and technical committee will further develop its functions and continue to carry out various types of technical exchange training to promote the continuous improvement of the flow measurement technology level in the province and to serve the socio-economic development.

Electrolytic cells are designed, built and installed to satisfy the most stringent requirements requested by tankhouse operators worldwide. 2. Structure
Electrolytic cells are cast monolithically based on a patented, three-layer composite material system:
The Internal layer is a monolithic tank made with multiple layers of fiber-reinforced vinyl ester resin (FRP) complying with chemical barrier international norms that assure long-term impermeability and corrosion resistance.
The Intermediate layer is the structural core made with polymer Concrete, with a patented formulation to achieve a low coefficient of thermal expansion, providing long-term structural integrity with low thermally-induced stresses
The External layer is a standard seal layer of FRP that further protects the structural core from electrolyte splashes and spills. Optionally,this external seal may be specified with multi-layered oriented fiber reinforcements to guarantee trouble-free operation in unusually extreme operating environments.
