  • Different structure

The engine of the car is separately lubricated from the transmission and the clutch. The temperature of the oil in the crankcase is between 75 and 90 °C. The four-stroke motorcycle engine includes a wet multi-plate clutch, a high-speed and transmission gear, a shifting mechanism, and moving parts such as a piston, a cylinder, an intake and exhaust valve, etc., all in the same structure, sharing the oil in the same volume, and the friction of the clutch. In addition, most motorcycles are generally air-cooled. Only a few are water-cooled. The cooling effect is much worse than that of the car's water tank. Even the water cooler is because of its water. The capacity is less than that of the car and the heat dissipation is poor, which inevitably causes the engine oil temperature of the motorcycle engine to be much higher than the temperature of the automobile oil.

  • Different oil filters

At maximum power output, the speed of the motorcycle engine is between 10,000 and 15,000 r/min, while that of the car is between 4000 and 5000 r/min and the maximum is no more than 6000 r/min.

  • Different strength

Due to differences in driving conditions and various technical requirements, the strength of the motorcycle engine is usually 3-4 times higher than that of the car. The body of the motorcycle is light and often travels at the maximum power or maximum torque output. The engine temperature is not only high but also wears out. It can be seen that the working environment of motorcycles is much more demanding than cars.
