At present, the entire domestic emission standard is undergoing a rapid upgrade. Beijing has planned to implement the Beijing VI emission standard on December 1, 2017, and the nationwide implementation of the sixth national emission standard may be in 2020. However, to this day, the relevant National Sixth emission standards have not yet been formally introduced. According to the implementation experience of the Euro VI regulations, the preparation time of the enterprise will be formally implemented after the release of the regulations. It can be foreseen that this will leave the engine and related supporting companies with insufficient preparation time. It is expected that the standards of Beijing VI and China VI will be different, which will increase the R&D cost of the industry.

Luan Ping proposed to unify the implementation of Beijing VI and the 6th National Standard and delay the implementation of the 6th national emission regulations. If the country introduces the Sixth National Emission Standard in 2016, it will be more appropriate to postpone implementation until 2022.

The S6 emission regulations are more stringent. This poses more technical difficulties and meets the emission standard costs for post-processor systems, engine blocks, electronic control calibrations and verifications, electronically controlled fuel injection systems, and exhaust after-treatment systems. Higher issues. Junping hopes that the government will implement policy subsidies for major product upgrades in the auto industry to ensure smooth product upgrades.

In the face of the large number of construction machinery and the lack of effective supervision, Junping prepared relevant proposals from the start of construction machinery licensing and forced scrapping.

Fuping believes that the current number of domestic construction machinery is huge, liquidity is strong, and the area is widely distributed. However, the entire construction machinery industry lacks systematic laws and regulations and management and cannot be effectively supervised.
