HN-4 single channel differential/axial displacement monitor is a precision relative displacement measuring instrument equipped with HN800 eddy current Sensor for continuous monitoring of large shaft or rotor during start-stop and operation of rotating machinery. The main function
Monitoring and protection of the axial position of rotating machinery such as steam turbines, turbines, compressors, blowers, etc.
Function Description:
1. Display function axial displacement measurement value, alarm and stop setting value, which can be displayed on the LED digital tube.
2. The alarm function alarm, stop, and input signal failure are respectively indicated by LED lighting tubes.
3. Alarm delay time setting function The alarm delay time adjustment range is 0~3 seconds to prevent accidental alarm caused by on-site interference.
4. Self-diagnostic function Any input system failure, such as probe wear, poor wire contact or breakage can be detected, and the alarm and shutdown output circuit are cut off.
With power-on, power-down detection function, and disconnect the alarm output loop, it can effectively suppress the monitor's false alarm.
5. The output interface is equipped with a 4-20mA current output universal interface, which can be connected with computers, DCS, PLC systems, paperless recorders and other equipment.
