The device consists of three main components:
(1) Impregnation/reaction tank with a capacity of 30 m3, so the immersion swelling time can be more than 1 minute at a vehicle speed of 25 m/min. The unit is also equipped with a caustic soda treatment tank circulation and filtration pipe. The exit is equipped with specially designed rolls with a condensing tube to maintain a bath temperature of 15 °C. In addition, an automatic dosing and liquid supply system is available to control the concentration of caustic soda and wetting agent.
(2) Stabilizing/reducing the steamer. The steamer is equipped with a variable-diameter circular stretcher, which can expand the circular knit fabric in the weft direction, and steplessly adjust the stretcher outside the steamer. The structure of the device is reasonable, so that the fabric is not damaged by friction when it passes, and the fabric can be stretched to 15%-20% in width to obtain the best gloss, elasticity and dimensional stability. A water-spraying circular tube with a nozzle placed on the outside of the cylinder is used to reduce the concentration of caustic soda and the water temperature is adjusted to achieve an efficient pre-washing effect on the fabric.
(3) The water washing unit also uses a stretcher to make water easily penetrate into the tubular fabric, thereby improving the washing efficiency and completely removing the residual caustic soda.
