Recently, Royston Co., Ltd. has completed an engine overhaul of Bluewater's floating production storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) "Haewene Brim".
It is reported that the FPSO is 252 meters long and has been serving Shell UK companies in the Pierce offshore oil field in the North Sea of ​​the UK since 1999.
"The Royston team performed very professionally during the entire overhaul and worked very hard," said Steve Williams, head of mechanical mechanics at Haewene Brim. "I hope that the next major overhaul will work with them again."
It is understood that the "Haewene Brim" was previously a multi-purpose shuttle oil tanker built by Samsung Heavy Industries of South Korea. It was converted into FPSO by Aker McNulty Shipyard in 1998. The power on board is provided by the main generator set, including four 5.2 MW Wärtsilä W46 medium speed diesel engines.
