Issam Kihad, spokesman of the Iraqi National Media Center, attributed the reduction in Iraq’s crude oil exports in June to an oil pipeline that transported crude oil to the port of Ceyhan in the Turkish port.
The spokesman also disclosed that the average price of crude oil exported by Iraq in June was US$71.1 per barrel. He added that in June 29 international oil companies transported Iraqi crude oil to overseas markets.
The Iraqi National Media Center said here on July 27th that Iraq exported 54.7 million barrels of crude oil in June, which was 4.7 million barrels lower than in May. Iraq’s crude oil export revenue in June reached about 3.8 billion US dollars.
