Heilongjiang Province to Develop Agricultural Machinery Supporting Industry

Recently, the reporter learned from Heilongjiang Province's new agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry key projects and the province's supporting promotion meeting that in the future, Heilongjiang Province will vigorously develop the agricultural machinery supporting processing industry to create a quality system, a low cost, smooth distribution of the province's agricultural machinery supporting system to extend the industry. Chains, formation of industrial clusters, and enhancement of enterprises’ competitiveness will lead to the development of a new agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry in the province.

At the meeting, 20 key agricultural production enterprises from all over the province held negotiations and consultations with more than 50 major agricultural machinery supporting processing enterprises.

For a long time, Heilongjiang Province has fewer supporting agricultural processing enterprises, and has not formed a complete supporting processing system. Most of the agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises are “leading in Longjiang and supporting the customs”, which has seriously affected the development of the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry in the province and the overall manufacturing industry. The improvement of efficiency has also restricted the development of the new agricultural machinery and equipment industry in this province.

In the future, Heilongjiang Province will guide a group of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises that are not suitable for the mainframe to carry out product structural adjustments and turn to supporting processing and production, and encourage various types of machinery manufacturing enterprises with supporting processing conditions to provide a part of the processing capacity for supporting agricultural machinery companies. The cities and regions will give priority to those agricultural machinery enterprises that are engaged in the processing of parts, manufacturing of assemblies, basic realization or gradual realization of localized production. To minimize the production costs of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises in the province and form a low-cost and high-efficiency agricultural machinery industry production chain as soon as possible, so that farmers in the province can enjoy better and faster after-sales services.
