Recently, the National Customer Satisfaction Engineering Promotion Conference was held in Haikou City, Hainan Province. China National Heavy Duty Truck Big Tooth Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of “National Advanced Unit for Implementing Customer Satisfaction Engineering in 2012”.

This meeting was commended by the China Quality Association and the National Users Committee for 150 advanced companies nationwide. Previously, the China Quality Association organized experts on quality and professional aspects of the company in accordance with the "User Satisfaction Measurement Standards", compiled an evaluation plan based on the characteristics of the industry and the actual situation of the enterprise, and used sampling design, questionnaire design, selection survey, statistical data analysis, etc. The method compares the product quality and service quality of the Big Tooth Company with those of the same industry.
