Knowing Teyu through a friend, the customer purchased S&A CW5200 water chiller

Several days ago, we received a phone call from Mr. Chen, who wished to place an order directly with us for S&A CW-3000 water chiller. He had never used water chiller before. However when he saw that many of the peer companies were using this type of S&A water chiller with good effect having been achieved, he also wished to purchase two water chillers of the same type. During the communication, the sales personnel of Teyu asked Mr. Chen that what device would be cooled and what kind of effect was required to achieve. Mr.Chen answered that he just wanted to order CW-3000 directly. He believed that it was ok and good effect would be achieved.
However after a period of time, Mr. Chen called us that S&A CW-3000 water chiller failed to satisfy their use requirement. So what had happened? And which link on earth had gone wrong? Mr. Chen said that he had made a mistake. What his friend used was not S&A CW-3000 water chiller. Instead, it was the other type of water chiller provided by Teyu. This time, our sales personnel asked the questions in detail and what Mr. Chen wished to cool was alaser welding machine. According to his cooling requirement, Teyu recommended two types of water chillers to meet Mr. Chen`s use requirement. As Mr. Chen felt that CW-5200 water chiller was suitable in size with a favorable cooling capacity, he ordered one for try.
One week later, we received another order from Mr. Chen, who placed an order for two S&A CW-5200 water chillers. Mr. Chen said that he believed in the professionalism of Teyu very much after last order. The water chiller we recommended was very applicable.
