Electrical failure


1, the gun motor does not turn

(1) Fault cause: Three-phase power supply is lacking; Remedy method: Check the power supply line (2) Fault cause: The oil gun switch board is broken (oil gun light indicator is off); Remedy: Replace the oil gun switch board (3) Fault Cause: The burnout of the relay contacts on the driver board; Remedy: Check and replace the driver board (4) Fault cause: Motor coil burned; Remedy: Rewind motor coil (5) Fault cause: No 5V control signal output from the main board; Exclude Method: Check the mainboard or replace the mainboard (6) Fault cause: The power supply board is bad (the power light is off); Remedy: Check the power supply board or change the board


2, can not stop the motor after shutting the gun

(1) Fault cause: The switch board is bad (oil gun light does not shine); Remedy: Replace the switch board (2) Fault cause: Main board 5V control signal is not jointed; Remedy: Overhaul the main board (3) Fault cause: Driver board The contact of the relay is burned; Remedy: Replace the driver board or relay


3, display LCD missing strokes

(1) Fault cause: The LCD pin is not inserted tightly; Remedy: Re-inserted (2) Cause of failure: Damage to the LCD panel; Remedy: Replace the LCD panel (3) Fault cause: Welded display board PCB blank; Method: Rewelding try (4) Cause of failure: bad display board; Remedy: Change display board


4, keyboard operation failure

(1) Failure cause: A key is not available; Remedy: Change or clean the key (2) Fault cause: A row or column cannot be removed; Remedy: Loose wire or line break (3) Cause of failure: All The key is not available; Remedy: Electronic lock is not off; Replace the motherboard (4) Fault cause: The display board is bad; Remedy: Change the display board

Ammonia cracker

Ammonia cracker of XRAQ(FC)series takes liquid ammonia as the source material ,and when heated, decomposes into the mixed gas of 75% H2 and25% N2 under the action of catalyst.
