Pure metal powder for thermal spray refers to a fine powder made from a single metal, such as aluminum, nickel, or titanium, that is used in thermal spray processes. Thermal spray is a coating technique where the metal powder is heated and propelled onto a substrate to create a protective or decorative coating. The pure metal powder is typically chosen based on the desired properties of the coating, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, or thermal conductivity. It is important to use pure metal powder to ensure the coating has the desired composition and performance characteristics. For a period of time, due to climatic factors and artificially irrational use, the degradation of grassland ecosystems has been severe. After more than ten years of protection and construction, the grassland ecological situation has been improved to varying degrees. However, in the face of the complex and fragile grassland ecological environment, there are many problems such as the change of production methods and the imperative for farmers and herdsmen to improve their living standards. The task of ecological restoration is still very onerous.
Recently, Xilinhot Observatory in Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, successfully developed a method for monitoring natural forage based on the microclimate monitoring system, which can effectively improve the level and efficiency of meteorological observing services for ecology and animal husbandry. This method has won the national invention patent issued by the State Intellectual Property Office.
It is reported that this is the second national invention patent obtained by the Xilinhot Observatory. In July 2015, Xilinhot's National Climate Observatory developed a utility model patent for the “Microclimate Monitoring System for Growth and Development of Natural Grassesâ€. The monitoring system consists of two high-definition network cameras, meteorological sensors, data collectors, wireless communication modules, and solar power supply modules. Two high-definition network cameras are used to obtain information on the height, coverage, and development period of natural pasture in the monitoring area. On the basis of comparative tests, automatic recognition of the height, coverage, and development period of natural pastures was implemented, and a model was established to estimate the above-ground biomass of the grassland, and automatic monitoring of the ecological weather of the grassland was achieved.
The research and development of the microclimate monitoring system has overcome the difficulties of the hardware architecture and software internal algorithms of the “Automatic Monitoring System for Grassland Ecology and Animal Husbandryâ€, and successfully used HD network camera technology, meteorological sensor technology, data acquisition technology, wireless communication technology, and solar power. Such techniques are integrated in the automatic monitoring system for natural growth and development of forage grasses. Photogrammetry techniques and image discrimination techniques are used to monitor the development period, plant height, coverage, and aboveground biomass of natural pastures.

[China Instrument Network Instrument Research and Development] China has nearly 400 million hectares of various natural grasslands, accounting for 41% of the country's total land area. It is the largest terrestrial ecosystem in China. Among the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the grassland area amounts to 79 million hectares, accounting for 68.81% of the total land area in the region. Therefore, strengthening the construction of Inner Mongolia grassland ecological monitoring system has always been the focus of local government.
